Sorry I haven't posted for a few days. We had a good trip to Salt Lake visiting with my sister and her family. The twins are really cute. They are at a fun stage, learning new things every day.My picture today is a reflection of what is on my mind right now. Berni bought us some snacks today, which included cheese curds. This got me wondering, "What are cheese curds anyway?" Are they leftovers from when they make the real cheese? Do they make cheese curds intentionally? Well, I never knew about them before we moved to Idaho, but they sure are good!!
